Clarifying documents for article 20 B of law 4251/14 (permanent residence permit of the investor)

Permanent residence permit of an investor (Article 20 B)

  • Application form
  • Four (4) recent color photographs in physical form, the technical specifications of which are the same as those of passports, as they apply each time, as well as in digital form on optical storage disk (CD) in the form of JPEG2000 graphics.
  • Certified copy of a valid passport or travel document recognized by our country with the required, where required, valid entry visa.
  • Fee for printing a residence permit in the form of a stand-alone document, amounting to 16 euros.
    Payment in the form of electronic payment in accordance with the provisions of article 132 of law 4251/2014 and article 38 of law 4546/2018 (101 AD), where required.
  • Insurance contract of a private insurance company, where this is allowed by the current legislation, which will cover all the risks and the amount of covered benefits, as defined in the decision issued by authorization of the provisions of par. 3 of article 136 of n. 4251/2014.
  • Certificate of the notary who drafted the notarial deeds of transfer or the lease agreements of indent 2 of paragraph B of Article 20, certifying the details of the parties, the details of the property, the manner of payment of the agreed price or rent and all the specific payment details, in accordance with the provisions hereof, the existence of any dissolution condition as well as whether the specific property has been used by the seller for the issuance of a permanent residence permit of an investor or
  • Notary certificate (in case less than two hundred and fifty (250,000) thousand euros was paid during the purchase of the property but the current objective value of the property exceeds or is equal to the said amount, which should state, “From the control of the No. ίου of the real estate purchase contract, it appears that the price of the value of the real estate has been paid in full and the contract is NO LONGER under conditions, conditions and deadlines and the objective value of the real estate, as it is today, amounts to ».
  • Certificate of mortgage or cadastral office from which the absence of encumbrances results
  • Copy of notarial deed of lease of hotel accommodation or tourist furnished residences in complex tourist accommodation, which proves the full payment of the amount of 250,000 euros and which mentions the issuance of a relevant operating signal by EOT and
  • Proof of transfer of the competent mortgage office to which the relevant lease agreement has been transferred or
  • Contract for the purchase of a plot of land or a plot of land and a contractor for the construction / renovation of a house submitted to the tax office in accordance with the law and
  • Building permit in the name of the interested party and
  • Invoices of the contractor / s and the corresponding receipts or
  • Lease agreement for a period of at least five years stating the price corresponding to each year and
  • Proof of transfer from the competent mortgage office and
  • Confirmation of EOT that it has been informed of the preparation of the specific timeshare

Renewal of Residence Permit

  • Application form
  • Four (4) recent color photographs in physical format, the technical specifications of which are the same as those of passports, as they apply each time, as well as in digital format on optical storage disk (CD) in JPEG 2000 graphic format.
  • Certified copy of a valid passport or travel document recognized by our country with the exception of third country nationals who are objectively deprived of a passport, who instead of the passport or travel document will submit a responsible statement stating the special circumstances or situations permanent objective impossibility of possession and relevant documents proving it (eg document of the consular authority of the country of origin of the third country citizen officially certified and translated, document of a public Greek authority). In any case, a document of public authority, Greek or the country of origin of the third country citizen will be presented, from which the identity data of the interested party will be obtained (passport, regardless of its validity, identity, birth certificate, marital status certificate, birth certificate) .
  • Fee for printing a residence permit in the form of a stand-alone document, amounting to 16 euros.
  • Payment in the form of electronic payment in accordance with the provisions of article 132 of law 4251/2014 and article 38 of law 4546/2018 (101 AD), where required.

  • Photocopy of all pages of travel documents covering the period of validity of the last residence permit before renewal, if any.
  • The real estate remains, in the ownership and prefecture of the interested party or
  • The provided leases remain in force.
